The County of Marin Printing Services Division provides printing services to the City of San Rafael. Copy and print jobs can be submitted to Printing Services in-person or online. In addition, County Printing Services provides free pick-up and/or delivery of copy and print materials to or from the City and County offices, up to two times each week.

Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
How to Order a Print Job (3-5 day turnaround)
1. Fill out the form
Complete the Outside Agency Reproduction Requisition Form and attach the document/image to be printed in the form submission.
4. Review the proof
When the document(s) is ready to print, firstname.lastname@example.org emails City staff with a proof of the document. City staff confirms that the proof is acceptable and replies “yes” to confirm that the print job can be printed.
5. Job is printed within 3-5 days
Printing Services completes the print job as requested within three-to-five business days and sends an invoice to the City for payment.
6. Print job is delivered to Mail Room
When the print job is completed, Printing Services staff delivers the print job to the Mail Room. You can now pick up the print job from your department's mail inbox.
