The City of San Rafael Human Resources - Risk Management Division is committed to creating a safe work environment for employees and a safe City for its citizens. The Risk Management Division works on preventing employee injury, injury to the public, facility damage, equipment damage, and property loss. Prevention programs include employee safety training, hazard identification, and risk control.
Our team oversees:
