Building Transformers - Introduction to Innovation Training 

About:

The Building Transformers course is the first step to learning the concepts of Innovation. In this self-guided online course, you will learn the basics of continuous improvement, also known as innovation, and see how others have used it to improve their workday and help deliver services more efficiently. You will learn to map a process, identify waste in a process, and develop a basic standard operating procedure with a checklist. This is designed to teach you tools you can use to rapidly improve the work you do every day and to provide a foundation before you dive into more advanced concepts.

Approximately 60 minutes.
