Each year at the Employee Recognition Luncheon, we recognize employees that have gone above and beyond in three categories. You can use the form below to nominate a coworker. Describe why they should be recognized for this award and which of the Together San Rafael guiding principles they most embody and demonstrate.
Categories
Innovation or "Innys" Award
Recognizes employee efforts that required creativity to deliver small everyday “game-changers” (e.g., process improvements) OR deliver bigger innovation (e.g., online payment tools) to enhance City services, programs or promote City goals.
Dean Allison Award
Honors Dean’s most valued and impressive characteristics, recognize employees who consistently demonstrate: effective listening, flexibility, follow-through on commitments, and/or win-win solution-oriented problem solving.
Ann Bauer Social Responsibility Award
Recognizes employees who go above and beyond to volunteer and show a commitment to give back to community.
