They offer innovative, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group workouts that are fast, fun and results-driven. The ‘F’ stands for functional training, a mix of HIIT and circuit-style workouts geared towards everyday movement. ’45’ is the total duration of each workout.
F45 Training is accessible to people of all fitness levels, helping members transform their life both physically and mentally, in a no-ego community environment. With two certified trainers in each class, F45 Training mimics a personal training experience in a group setting. In addition to highly effective workouts, members have access to body composition analysis and heart-rate monitoring technologies for quantitative tracking of fitness and progress towards goals.
