• Are you ordering catering? Remember to request that they do not include utensils, sauce packets, or additional food accessories.
• If you need to order takeout, confirm the foodware is natural fiber-based or compliant with the Reusable Foodware Ordinance.
• For beverages, try purchasing in aluminum cans or bring a water dispenser.

Do you need a Zero Waste Station at your event?

Don't forget a three-stream waste station for City and employee events. The waste station setup includes composting, recycling, landfill, and used utensils station. Please contact the Sustainability Team for waste station supplies, set-up and instructions!
