The Together San Rafael Learning Lab is a “learn-by-doing” program where cross-departmental teams learn and practice techniques for collaborative problem solving. As a participant, you will be on a team assigned to work on a specific challenge. The program starts mid-August and ends in November. More information about the program is available in the FAQ and schedule.
Thank you to everyone who submitted a challenge idea and took the prioritization survey. The selection committee (Josh Minshall, Lindsay Lara, Dylan Frisbie, Lidia Que-Macedo, and Rebecca Woodbury) created a short-list based on the feedback from the survey:
- Homeless encampment fire & health threats
- Cultivating a positive culture
- Technology training
- Community partnerships
- Employee evaluations
- Obsolete / onerous regulations
In the application, you’ll be asked to indicate the challenge topics you want to work on.
