During our contract management work session on Wednesday, September 4, we finalized the:
- Request for Proposals (RFP) Template
- Request for Quotations (RFQ) Template
- “Request for” Types description document
- Specifications/Scope of Work “Writing Tips” document
These documents will help provide consistent, clear, helpful direction when staff are in need of procuring goods or services between $5,000 and $75,000 AKA the ambiguous Informal Bid Process.
Next Steps
The above documents have been sent to the TWIST Team for an initial review and feedback consumption before sending to the City Attorney and Finance Director for their review and input. Barring any major changes progress will continue onto contract template and development process creation.
