Dear City Employees,
The City’s Outside Employment Policy requires employees who are employed by another employer or self-employed, to complete a request for Outside Employment every year.
If you have outside employment, please complete the corresponding form, and submit it to your supervisor for approval.
Signed forms must be sent to human.resources@cityofsanrafael.org.
Request forms:
- San Rafel Fire Department: SRFD Outside Employment Policy & SRFD Request to Engage in Outside Employment Form
- Child Care Division: Request to Engage in Outside Employment Form
- All other Employees: Request to Engage in Outside Employment Form
