As we look back on this past year, we want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your incredible dedication, hard work, and the heart you bring to the City of San Rafael. You are what makes this city more than just a place—it’s a thriving, connected community, thanks to all that you do.This year has been filled with opportunities to come together, not just as colleagues, but as friends. From the friendly competition of kickball to the creative costumes and delicious dishes at the Halloween potluck, the laughter and camaraderie at employee luncheons, and the joy of celebrating Diversity Month and Pride Month, we’ve seen how much stronger we are when we’re united. Ice cream socials and holiday parties brought smiles and sweet moments, while all these events reminded us how important it is to celebrate one another and our shared successes.
