Health Benefits
| Medical | City group health coverage, with the City paying a fixed dollar amount (below) toward the cost of the monthly insurance premium. Option to opt-out and receive $950 monthly cash-in-lieu, with proof of other insurance.

| Dental | Premium fully paid for employee plus eligible dependents. |

Retirement
Enrollment in the MCERA pension plan, a defined benefit retirement program

| Long Term Disability | 66.67% of salary up to $7,500 per month |
Additional Benefits
| Deferred Compensation | City will contribute one percent (1.06%) of pensionable compensation into a City-provided deferred compensation plan |
| Gym Membership Reimbursement | Up to $16.5 per month |
| Bilingual Pay (if eligible) | Up to $250 per month |
Unrepresented Mid-Management employees do not contribute to Social Security.
