Health Benefits
Medical | City group health coverage, with the City paying a fixed dollar amount (below) toward the cost of the monthly insurance premium.

Vision | Premium fully paid for employee. Employee pays for family coverage. |
Leave Benefits

Sick | 1 day per month (hours accrue each pay period) |
Administrative | 80 hours per year, prorated if hired after the first of the year |
Holidays | 13 paid City holidays |
Bereavement | Up to 5 days paid leave |
Paid Parental Leave (if eligible) | Up to 300 hours paid leave. SRMMEA employees also contribute to State Disability Insurance (SDI) |

Life Insurance/AD&D | $150,000 Life Insurance policy and $150,000 AD&D benefit |
Long Term Disability | 66.67% of salary up to $7,500 per month |

Gym Membership Reimbursement | Up to $50 per month |
Bilingual Pay (if eligible) | Pay percentage varies by program and designation |
Educational Incentive | Incentive: $264.50 bi-monthly for Police Captain and Police Lieutenant who have received their POST Management Certificate |
Expense Reimbursement | Up to $1,500 per fiscal year, details of eligibility and requirements are detailed in the MOU |
Uniform Allowance | $885.00 for each 6 months of service ending June 30 and December 31 |
The SRPMMA employee group does not contribute to Social Security.
