Health Benefits
Medical | City group health coverage, with the City paying a fixed dollar amount (below) toward the cost of the monthly insurance premium. Option to opt-out and receive $300 cash-in-lieu, with proof of other insurance.

Long Term Disability | 66.67% of salary up to $7,500 per month |
Additional Benefits
Deferred Compensation | The City will make a monthly contribution of 0.83% of base salary to a deferred compensation plan |
Uniform Allowance | $805.00 at the completion of each six months of service ending June 1st and December 1st. See MOU for more details |
Boot Allowance | Up to $160 every two fiscal years for a boot allowance |
Bilingual Pay (if eligible) | Up to $250 per month |
The SRFCOA employee group does not contribute to Social Security.
