How do I set up the AV in a conference room?

Turn everything on:

  1. Turn projector on with the remote
  2. Manually lower the projector screen. In the large upstairs conference room at City Hall, there is no screen – just use the wall.
  3. Turn the computer on (in the Council Chambers, this is located on the dais; in conference rooms the computer is a small, gray square box)
  4. Turn on the keyboard and cordless mouse.

You can use an internet browser or a flash drive in the computer to access your files.
