Planning Division
The Planning Division maintains the City's General Plan and Zoning documents. Planning is also responsible for environmental review, historic preservation, and new development. Planning provides staff support to the City's Design Review Board, the Planning Commission, and the City Council.
Development Project Initial Steps
Upon receipt of a new project, the following should be completed.
- Project Checklist (pw: CEDForm)
- New project initiation (finance tool)
- Indemnity and Reimbursement Agreement
Developer Deposit Project Billing - Monthly
Any project identified to require monthly invoicing will follow the following steps each month:
- Fill out an Invoice Letter Template (leave values blank).
- Complete a timesheet for the prior month.
- Send timesheet to Administrative Manager on the last day of the month.
- Send anticipated billing to Administrative Manager on the last day of the month (include any anticipated consultant fees, associated deposit, etc.)
- Alert Administrative Manger of any new Fees billed to Trakit
Administrative Manager will:
- Prep Billing Statement
- Insert values into letter
- Bill any new fees to Trakit and Print a Project Report
- Bundle for review
