Project Management for Collaboration

RSVP today for the “Project Management” training on August 29, 2018 in the City Council Chambers, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Together, we will learn strategies for productive meetings, tools for effective facilitation, and how to assign roles and responsibilities, keep projects on track, and maintain effective communication.
