Approved AI Tools
We encourage staff to use AI tools to assist with day-to-day tasks, including brainstorming policy ideas, polishing staff reports, translation, drafting external communications, adjusting tone of website content, and creating images and graphics for outreach. This is a list of City-approved tools. You can use these tools on a browser, computer application, or mobile application. If you would like to use the free or paid version of a tool not on the list, please talk to your supervisor and contact the Digital Service Department.
