Health Benefits
Medical | City group health coverage, with the City paying a fixed dollar amount (below) toward the cost of the monthly insurance premium. Option to opt-out and receive $300 cash-in-lieu, with proof of other insurance.

Vision | Premium fully paid for employee. Employee pays for family coverage. |

Educational Expense Reimbursement | Up to $1,500 per fiscal year, details of eligibility and requirements are detailed in the MOU |
Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Incentive Program |
Monthly payments for POST Certifications, dependent on position and certification levels |

Special Team and Assignments | Pay percentage varies by assignment/appointment (Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team, Hostage Negotiations Team (HNT), Motor Officer Pay, Detective Pay, etc., as detailed in the MOU) |
The SRPA employee group does not contribute to Social Security.
